RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Currently, orders cannot be exchanged online. Free returns are available within 30 days of shipping for full-price items and 14 days of receipt for sale items, provided the return conditions specified below are met.
Please see below under "Order Amendments and Cancellations" to read about any cancellation rights that may apply.

RECEIVING A REFUND
For returned items, it can take up to 21 working days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method.
If the item you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.
Import taxes and duties are normally non-refundable. Please refer to the Terms of Sale or Contact Us for further information.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Please return your order to us within 30 days of the shipping date for all full-price items and within 14 days for all sale items for a refund using the free returns service, ensuring that the return conditions are met. A new order can be placed through Burberry.com at any time.
Items returned will be refunded to the purchaser’s original method of payment. Please return the goods to us within 30 days of the shipping date for all full-price items and within 14 days of the date of receipt for all sale items. Personalised or pierced jewellery items cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please use the free returns service and ensure the return conditions are met.
In certain circumstances your order may be declined or cancelled (in full or in part), for example if the payment information you provided cannot be verified or if a product is unavailable and you will be refunded accordingly in accordance with the Terms of Sale.
Your card or other method of payment will not be charged until your order is accepted and dispatched. However, it may show a pre-authorisation of the funds immediately upon order. Payment for pre-ordered items could be charged prior to dispatch of the items. When using PayPal/PayPal Express as a payment method (if available), the full amount of your purchase may be charged immediately following the placement of the order.
You could be charged additional fees (such as foreign transaction fees or cross border fees) or surcharges by your own bank, card issuer or the payment method you selected. Neither Burberry nor Global-e has any control over these charges and cannot predict the amount.
ORDER AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Your order will be processed and, subject to being accepted, a confirmation email will be sent.
We are unable to combine orders, change sizes, edit your billing or shipping details or add items to an order once it has been placed.
Distance selling legislation
Under applicable distance selling legislation or under the statutory consumer protection laws of your country/territory of residence to the extent applicable, you may have a right to cancel orders for certain items within a statutory cooling-off period. Please refer to the Terms of Sale for more information and the process to be followed.
This cancellation right does not apply to certain items including (without limitation):
Goods made to your specification or which have been clearly personalised.Services if we started to provide the services before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.

To cancel your order within the statutory cooling-off period under applicable distance selling legislation or under the statutory consumer protection laws of your country/territory of residence, please follow the steps set out under 'Returns Policy' in section 7 of the Terms of Sale.
