Ordering and Payment
The following methods of payment are accepted:

- Additional payment options may be available at checkout.
Any product that is described as an ‘online exclusive’ will only be available to purchase on Burberry.com and is not available in any Burberry stores, through any Burberry authorised retailer or on any other website.
We ship internationally and charge in the currency of your chosen destination. If this is different to that of your card or payment method, the price will be calculated by your card issuer or payment method and charged in the currency of your card or payment method.
In certain circumstances your order may be declined or cancelled (in full or in part), for example if the payment information you provided cannot be verified or if a product is unavailable and you will be refunded accordingly in accordance with the Terms of Sale.
Your card or other method of payment will not be charged until your order is accepted and dispatched. However, it may show a pre-authorisation of the funds immediately upon order. Payment for pre-ordered items could be charged prior to dispatch of the items. When using PayPal/PayPal Express as a payment method (if available), the full amount of your purchase may be charged immediately following the placement of the order.
You could be charged additional fees (such as foreign transaction fees or cross border fees) or surcharges by your own bank, card issuer or the payment method you selected. Neither Burberry nor Global-e has any control over these charges and cannot predict the amount.
Duty and Tax
You may be offered to pre-pay import taxes and duties on checkout. Not all products and not all destinations will offer the option for pre-payment of import taxes and duties, and it is not guaranteed that your order will be eligible for such pre-payment. In certain cases, the product price may be inclusive of import taxes and duties (in full or in part). Checkout will indicate if the price is inclusive of import taxes and duties before you complete and place an order. Please see the Terms of Sale here for further information on duty and tax.
If your payment has been declined:
1. Check that your details are correct, such as your 16-digit card number or 3 or 4-digit security code.
2. Make sure your card or payment method has not expired.
3. If your payment continues to be declined, contact your bank or payment provider.
