Pagar un pedido

The following methods of payment are accepted:

• Visa
• American Express
• MasterCard
• Additional payment options may be available at checkout.

Any product that is described as an ‘online exclusive’ will only be available to purchase on Burberry.com and is not available in any Burberry stores, through any Burberry authorised retailer or on any other website.

We ship internationally and charge in the currency of your chosen destination. If this is different to that of your card or payment method, the price will be calculated by your card issuer or payment method and charged in the currency of your card or payment method.

En determinadas circunstancias, es posible que rechacemos o cancelemos su pedido (en su totalidad o en parte). Por ejemplo, si la información de pago que facilitó no se puede verificar o si un artículo no está disponible. En estos casos, recibirá un reembolso de acuerdo con los Términos de venta.

You may be offered to pre-pay import taxes and duties on checkout. Not all products and not all destinations will offer the option for pre-payment of import taxes and duties, and it is not guaranteed that your order will be eligible for such pre-payment. In certain cases, the product price may be inclusive of import taxes and duties (in full or in part). If your payment has been declined:

1. Check that your details are correct, such as your 16-digit card number or 3 or 4-digit security code.

2. Make sure your card or payment method has not expired.

3. If your payment continues to be declined, contact your bank or payment provider.
