- Gabardine Eau de Parfum is a scent that captures the spirit of Burberry’s most iconic innovation – the breathable, weatherproof fabric created by Thomas Burberry in 1879.
- – Each fragrance in the Prorsum Collection is crafted using a new technique inspired by fabric weaving, reflecting the brand’s design heritage. Three signature scent notes are woven with a fourth: the raker. In Gabardine, created by perfumers Nisrine Grillié and Yann Vasnier, Gabardine Headspace brings texture, jasmine sambac absolute lends light, natural bloom and brightness, while a chalky musk accord gives softness. A white cedarwood note – the raker – cuts through and adds structure. Just like the red ‘raker line’ in the House Check, this sharp, vibrant accord creates a distinct, bold energy.
